Under the Freedom of Information act please can you advise whether you have cleaned the consumer data you hold within the last six months. By cleaned I mean identified and deleted individuals that have passed away and identified people that have moved house and updated their details.

Response

Our customer records management system (CRM) automatically deletes individuals if there has been no activity against their record in 18 months, our customer service advisors as part of their role amend or delete customer information from the system as they become aware of a change.
