- Who is the supplier of your GIS Software e.g. ESRI / Mapinfo / QGIS etc
- What software versions are you on?
- How many desktop users do you have?
- How many data editors do you have?
- If ESRI, what additional servers to the Enterprise deployment? Imagery / Notepad etc
- Are you on an ESRI Enterprise Agreement, or as GIS Admin do you think you should be?
- Do you think there would be any benefit in setting up collaboration between portals? If so, what are the benefits?

- Are you on an ESRI Enterprise Agreement, or as GIS Admin do you think you should be? Unsure what this is
- Do you think there would be any benefit in setting up collaboration between portals? If so, what are the benefits? Don't know. Although we have ArcGis we do not have a GIS officer and just use the software in a limited capacity.
