The OKEachDay service requires that a tenant/resident presses a button each day before an agreed time to check that the tenant/resident is okay.

Previously we have treated this charge as ineligible for Housing Benefit. We do not make decision regarding Universal Credit. There is no set date when we made this decision, but it is treated the same as similar Home Alarm service charges.
