The request is for the following information: For the years 2018 - 2019 - and 2020 to June (or nearest recent month to request date ) please provide

a) The number of FPN ( Fixed Penalty Notices ) issued in Rushcliffe for any form of street littering to individuals - in 2018 - 2019 and 2020 described above

b) The time of day that each FPN was issued. If possible include the littering reason ( dog fouling - paper litter etc )

c) For the year 2020 to date - please note who issued each FPN was it the WISE partner trial officers? or by Rushcliffe Borough Council environmental officers or employees?

2019 = 2

2020 = 13

2021 = 1310

b) The time of day that each FPN was issued. If possible include the littering reason ( dog fouling - paper litter etc )
