  1. How is the Cedar Lodge traveller site at  Radcliffe on Trent assessed for Council Tax?
    • The Valuation Office Agency has assessed this as one Band A property for Council Tax purposes.
  2. Is Council Tax charged for the whole site or individual caravans / residences?
    • Council Tax is charged for the whole site as it is treated as a single assessment.
