2. Is Council Tax charged for the whole site or individual caravans/residences?
3. If individual caravans are  subject to council tax,  how does the Council calculate the tax payable by  'temporary' caravan visitors?

1. How is the Cedar Lodge traveller site at  Radcliffe on Trent assessed for Council Tax?
   • The Valuation Office Agency has assessed this as one Band A property for Council Tax purposes.
2. Is Council Tax charged for the whole site or individual caravans / residences?
   • Council Tax is charged for the whole site as it is treated as a single assessment.
3. If individual caravans are  subject to council tax,  how does the Council calculate the tax payable by  'temporary' caravan visitors?
   • Not applicable
