1. A list of all Corporate Entities held liable for Council Tax in respect of a property that is subject to a Long Term Empty Premium within your local authority. Please only provide details of those Corporate Entities that are held liable for a minimum of five properties.
2. The number of properties each entity has that are currently subject to the premium.

1. A list of all Corporate Entities held liable for Council Tax in respect of a property that is subject to a Long Term Empty Premium within your local authority. Please only provide details of those Corporate Entities that are held liable for a minimum of five properties.
   • We have reviewed our records and identified that only one Corporate Entity meets the specified criteria:
     • Nottinghamshire County Council

       No other Corporate Entities within Rushcliffe are liable for five or more properties subject to the Long Term Empty Premium.
