Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request the following information relating to parking enforcement within your local authority area. Where possible, please provide data for the most recent full financial year available. If this is not available, please provide the most recent 12-month period.

  1. The total number of parking fines (Penalty Charge Notices – PCN) issued by street name. 
  2. A breakdown of PCN by type, if available by street name. For example on-street, off-street, bus lane. 
  3. The total revenue generated from parking fines.
  4. The total amount of revenue collected.
  5. The total number of parking fines that were formally challenged or appealed.
  6. The number of appeals that were successful.
  7. The number of appeals that were rejected.

If the requested information is held in a report or already publicly available, I would appreciate a link or a copy of the relevant document.
