In relation to your Civil Parking enforcement, could you please provide the following:

PCN Income for the following periods:

01/01/2020-31/12/2020

01/01/2021-31/12/2021

 

Total costs/expenses related to enforcement, such as PCN processing, staff costs etc, for the following periods:

01/01/2019-31/12/2019

01/01/2020-31/12/2020

01/01/2021-31/12/2021

 

Could you also clarify whether your Civil Enforcement Officers are directly employed by yourselves or do you contract out your Civil Parking enforcement.

Total costs/expenses related to enforcement, such as PCN processing, staff costs etc, for the following periods:

• 01/01/2019-31/12/2019: £97.126.38
• 01/01/2020-31/12/2020: £92.868.01
• 01/01/2021-31/12/2021: £83.393.12

Could you also clarify whether your Civil Enforcement Officers are directly employed by yourselves or do you contract out your Civil Parking enforcement.
