Under the Environmental Information Regulations, I would like to request information regarding any logged complaints or official notices related to the property at 14,15,16,17 Autumn Close West Bridgford Nottingham NG2 7YL.

Specifically, please provide the details of:

1. Any noise complaints or Noise Abatement Notices issued in the past 5 years.
2. Any complaints or statutory notices regarding anti-social behaviour, waste, pests, or statutory nuisance related to this address in the past 5 years.

Please note that I am not requesting any personal data or names of individuals, only the dates, volume, and nature of the logged complaints or notices.

We have considered your request under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIRs) because it is asking for environmental information as defined by regulation 2(1) of the EIRs.  Regulation 2(1)(b) of the EIR covers factors such as substances, energy, noise, radiation or waste, including radioactive waste, emissions, discharges and other releases into the environment, affecting or likely to affect the elements of the environment. In accordance with regulation 12(4)(a).

I confirm that the information you have requested is not held by the Council at this time, because there is no record of complaints or enforcement action relevant to these properties in the given timescale.
