• how much the council has paid in landfill tax over the last five years, broken down per year from 2020 inclusive 
• including a breakdown of how much is paid for the disposal of rubbish fly-tipped on council land

Thank you for your freedom of information request received on 3 April, Rushcliffe as the designated waste collection authority (WCA) do not pay disposal charges such as landfill tax.

Disposal costs where a 2 tier arrangement are in place are picked up by the designated waste disposal authority (WDA), in this case Nottinghamshire County Council.
