In response to question 7 (over the past 5 years, how many residential properties have been constructed?) figures are available for each financial year (1 April to 31 March) up to 31 March 2020.

The figures for the five years between 1 April 2015 and 31 March 2020 are as follows:

• 2015/16 - 373
• 2016/17 - 487
• 2017/18 - 528
• 2018/19 - 593
• 2019/20 - 760

Please note that the figures for 2020/21 will not be available for around another two or three months.

In response to question 8, the authority has received the following amounts through CIL and S106 planning obligations in the past 5 financial years:

• 16/17 - £2,286,651.79
• 17/18 - £2,061,424.20
• 18/19 - £6,041,946.86
• 19/20 - £2,564,505.07
• 20/21 - £4,980,655.43
