- A search of the complaints system indicates no complaints of fly grazing reported to this LA in the time period requested. nil for each year.
- It is likely we would encourage any horse owner to remove any horses in the first instance if on council owned land without permission. We are aware of the legislation and would adopt a case-by-case basis for using any other powers if this did not succeed. We have no examples to provide a cost analysis.
