- We don't have a dedicated FOI team, requests are dealt with in the first instance by customer services and passed to relevant departments for response. The number of FOIs and the time spent per request varies and therefore cannot be stated as an FTE.
Total salary costs for staff with responsibility for freedom of information requests.

Total for all other costs associated with handling freedom of information requests.
- The only other cost applicable would be the use of the ESB system to record the requests, however this is used for all communication with the council and the cost cannot be separated
Total number of freedom of information requests received, and total number responded with the requested.
- 2020/21
  - Number of requests received within the 12 months = 881
  - Number of requests responded to within those 12 months = 847
- 2021/22
  - Number of requests received within the 12 months = 747
  - Number of requests responded to within those 12 months = 737
- 2022/23
  - Number of requests received within the 12 months = 762
  - Number of requests responded to within those 12 months = 755
