2. Enforcement Action on Licensing Breaches
   Since 1 July 2021, how many formal enforcement notices, improvement notices, or prosecution proceedings have been issued for breaches of park home site licence conditions?
3. Fit and Proper Person Applications Received
   How many F&PP applications have been received since the 2020 Regulations came into force and became law in 2021?
4. Applications Granted / Refused
   Of the above, how many applications have been:
   • Approved (including any with conditions)
   • Refused
5. Applications Granted with Conditions. If any F&PP applications were granted subject to conditions, please detail what conditions were imposed?
6. Monitoring and Enforcement of F&PP Conditions. What processes are in place for monitoring compliance with any conditions imposed under the F&PP regulations, and how many enforcement actions have been taken for breach of such conditions?
