Please can you share with me a spreadsheet of data detailing all of the contaminated land in your local authority area.

For each piece of contaminated land, please include:

• The address
• Co-ordinates
• Date of identification
• Date of remediation (if applicable)

Please can you also include data on the total square footage of contaminated land within your local authority area.

Response

Please see below for details of the sites designated as contaminated land under Part 2A of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 in our Borough:

• Site 1 29 Gertrude Road and 36 Julian Road West Bridgford NG2 5BZ (459511 , 338356); plan attached (date of first entry on public register 27 October 2003).

• Site 2 Bingham Allotments, Moor Lane, Bingham (470465, 340213); plan attached (date of first entry on public register 6 February 2008).

Site 1 is approximately 5,560 square foot and Site 2 is approximately 167,917 square foot so that’s a total square footage of approximately 173’477.
