Does the Council use any private company to:

1. Trace owners of private residential empty property? If so, which Company/companies does the Council use?
   • We do use tracing agents although rarely and sporadically dependant on the information we already hold.
   • The company we have tended to use most recently would be Fraser & Fraser
2. Recover Council Tax or other debts from Empty private residential property? If so, which Company/companies does the Council use?
   • Yes, we use Penham Excel, Bristow and Sutor, and Equita
3. Check lists of presumed empty private residential property for any reason whatsoever? If so, which Company/companies does the Council use?
   • No
