1. What percentage of all hereditaments in your billing authority that are entered into the rating list have been awarded Business Rates Relief: Retail, Hospitality and Leisure Scheme for the current 2023/24 rate year.
2. Please give a complete list of the description of properties that have been awarded Business Rates Relief: Retail, Hospitality and Leisure Scheme for the current 2023/24 rate year. By ‘description’ we mean the property description as entered into the rating list by the valuation office.
3. Is Business Rates Relief: Retail, Hospitality and Leisure Scheme for the current 2023/24 rate year automatically awarded or does it need to be requested/applied for by the rate payer or their agent.
