   For each cremator currently in operation, please provide:
   
   • Manufacturer and model (if available)
   • Year installed or commissioned
   • Fuel type: Natural Gas, Electric, Hybrid (Gas/Electric), Other (please specify)
   • Whether the cremator is fitted with mercury abatement equipment
   • Current operational status (active, standby, decommissioned, replacement planned, etc.)
      
3. Capital Investment and Asset Replacement Plans
   Please provide details of:
   
   • Any approved capital expenditure projects relating to the crematorium within the next five years
   • Any planned replacement or refurbishment of cremators
   • Any feasibility studies, business cases, or options appraisals undertaken relating to: Electric cremators, Hybrid cremators, Decarbonisation initiatives, Energy efficiency upgrades

Response

1. Rushcliffe Oaks opened on the 3rd April 2023.
   1. Cremations for 2023/24 = 501
   2. Cremations for 2024/25 = 623
   3. Cremations for 2025/26 = 773
2. DFW Electric Cremator. Installed and commissioned in 2023. Is fitted with abatement system and is currently in operation.
3. Potential project would be the addition of more PV panels. We've commissioned an integrated feasibility assessment to determine the technical, commercial and strategic opportunities for increasing renewable electricity generation and improving energy utilisation. If a decision is made to proceed with works, we'll then decide whether to procure via a framework or an open or restricted tender.
   • No plans to refurb or replace cremators as only 3 years old.
