Request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000
Section 87 of the Localism Act 2011 requires your authority to maintain a list of assets of community value, and section 87(4) requires that the list be published. I am asking for that published list in a re-usable format.
Please provide the authority's current list of assets of community value, and its list of unsuccessful nominations under section 87(6), as a spreadsheet (CSV or XLSX), including for each entry such of the following as the authority holds:
- the name and address of the land or building.
- the date the nomination was received.
- the name of the nominating body.
- the decision, and the date of the decision.
- the date the listing expires.
- whether the authority has received notice of an intended disposal and the date.
- whether a community interest group triggered the full moratorium and the date it ended.
I am not asking for the personal data of any individual. Where a nominating body is an unincorporated group named after a person, please redact as you see fit under section 40 and say that you have done so.
If any part of this is already published in a re-usable format, a link is a complete answer and I would be glad of it.
If the authority considers any part of this request exempt, please answer the remainder and specify the exemption relied on for the rest.
I would be grateful for a response within the twenty working days required by section 10.
