The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, confident, and self-motivated Officer to join our busy Environmental Protection & Housing team to lead on all aspects of private sector housing enforcement with a particular focus on tenancy related enforcement (Renters Rights Act) and to also support on other environmental health work. Knowledge and experience of private sector housing enforcement is essential for this role.
The successful candidate will be based in our modern offices at Rushcliffe Arena in West Bridgford. Rushcliffe Borough Council support flexible working in line with our business needs with the option of working from home on a hybrid basis. This is a career grade post and salary on appointment will be dependent on your experience and skills.
