The Role:
Are you passionate about driving digital transformation and creating innovative solutions? Join our ICT Services team as a Digital Service Development Officer. In this dynamic role, you will lead the development of user-centric digital solutions across the Council, ensuring technical excellence and alignment with our digital strategy. You’ll design, test, and implement digital forms, workflows, and integrations using tools such as Power Automate, PowerShell, and Microsoft Copilot Studio. Your responsibilities will include engaging stakeholders through user research, collaborating with vendors, and using feedback and analytics to inform development. You’ll also support project delivery, maintain documentation, and upskill system users.
