As we navigate Local Government Reorganisation alongside ongoing financial pressures, we’re looking for someone to help maintain business‑as‑usual and play a key role in shaping a sustainable financial future for the Council and its services.
The role will support priority areas including capital investment and procurement and contract management, and will need to remain flexible to respond to the changing demands of Local Government Reorganisation, including providing cover where capacity is stretched
You will need strong financial planning and budget management skills, experience of public sector finance, confidence supporting reorganisation and change, and the ability to work with senior stakeholders to ensure financial sustainability and compliance.
