Detail of Rushcliffe Borough Councils waste collection service, including whether this is outsourced to a private provider, or managed internally at Rushcliffe.

If managed internally, I request

• Name of the department responsible for this service, name and job title of the head of that department, and contact address for correspondence.

• If this was awarded to a private provider, I would like to request additional information:
• Name of the council department responsible for managing this outsourced service, name and job title of the head of that department, and contact address for correspondence.
• Company name of provider.
• Whether the contract was awarded a competitive tender process
  If so date tender, number of submissions received, length of contract awarded
• Copy of, or link to, Council minutes where this tender was discussed
• Copy of council tender process used for selection.

If awarded to a private provider via a non-competitive tender, I request:

• Council justification for a non-competitive contract without tender, and minutes for Council meetings where this was discussed.
