- Answer - not applicable
- Has your Local Authority formally consulted/currently consulting/planning to consult in the next/last 12 months on introducing an Article 4 Direction? (C3 to C4).
- Answer -
We have not undertaken any formal consultation; we have a request from full council to investigate the effects and impacts of small HMOs created as permitted development and the extent of any such impacts and to feed back on this. Reporting on this question is in its very early stages and no decisions have been taken as to whether evidence suggests an issue exists which would justify action under Article 4, as such no consultation is currently planned. Whilst there are no plans for consultation, this is currently under review as a result of the aforementioned research.
