We only hold records for plots that are subject to self build relief being granted since October 2020-October 2024 as a basis of a source of information for populating the government return. Please note that the planning permission reference is the latest permission granted on the site in order to satisfy the CIL regulations.  In order to find the parent permission you can search for the reference at Simple Search and select the property history.
