Please can you tell me:
- Whether you collect data on fires that occur in listed buildings in your planning area
- Whether you keep record of derelict buildings in your planning area, including any records on risks associated with their condition
If yes:
- Any records that you have of derelict buildings in your planning area from 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2024 (inclusive)
- The name, date, and location of fires in derelict listed buildings in your area from 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2024 (inclusive)

Please can you tell me:
- Whether you collect data on fires that occur in listed buildings in your planning area.
- We do not actively collect records of fires, but we will have records of applications for works necessary to repair listed buildings after significant fires - the most recent of which was at the Unicorns Head in Langar in 2015
- Whether you keep record of derelict buildings in your planning area, including any records on risks associated with their condition.
- A buildings at Risk Register is collated by Nottinghamshire County Council and is held and maintained by them.
If yes:
- Any records that you have of derelict buildings in your planning area from 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2024 (inclusive).
- Data Held by NCC as part of buildings ta risk register, hosted by Nottinghamshire Buildings Preservation Trust and publicly accessible for the whole county
- The name, date, and location of fires in derelict listed buildings in your area from 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2024 (inclusive)
- None that we are aware of have occurred and nothing on records
