I would like to ask what electronic document management system your institution use? How long do you use this system? Is it possible to estimate how much it costs to maintain the system on an annual basis?

Response

We currently use ESB as our CRM, SharePoint for Employee Documentation and Halo for ICT Documentation.

ESB  has been in place for over 5 years

SharePoint and OneDrive have been used for the past 3 years

Halo is 6 Months

ESB is £16k a year SharePoint falls under our Microsoft licences and Halo is managed and provided by our ICT hybrid partner
