If no, then no further questions apply and, to save you time, a response simply stating "No" will suffice. If you can advise which organisation has organised a switch-on in your area, then please either forward this request to their FOI team and let me know you have done so, or provide the relevant contact details.

If yes, then please confirm the following:

2. Who performed (or will perform) the switch-on and/or who performed (or will perform) at the event?

3. Were they (or will they be) paid a fee to do so? If so, how much were they paid (or will they be paid)? If more than one person was involved, please provide a breakdown.

4. Were (or will) any expenses be paid, either in addition to any fee or instead of a fee? If so, please provide a breakdown of these.

• Matt Chapman Live Music, and
• Helter Skelter LED Duo .
• Walkabout Performers - Donna Fox Associates and Joker Entertainment

Matt Chapman £150, Donna Fox Associates £800, Helter Skelter £950 and Joker Entertainment £2,000
