- Details of any sites designated Contaminated Land under Part 2A of the Environmental Protection Act 1990. We would like to understand current and former (now remediated) Part 2A sites.
Please see below for details of the sites designated as contaminated land under Part 2A of the Environmental Protection Act 1990. - Details of Part A2 and Part B processes regulated by your authority under the Pollution Prevention and Control (England and Wales) Act 1999, and the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016.
- Details of historic landfills that may retained in the authority relating to old landfill practices that may include those predating formal permitting and licensing regimes.

Remediation Declaration for Howards Garage, 29 Gertrude Road.

Site 2 Bingham Allotments, Moor Lane, Bingham (470465, 340213), (date of first entry on public register 6 February 2008), Source of contamination: Gas works waste, benzo(a) pyrene and petroleum hydrocarbons, Status: Receptors removed and site secure.
