I am writing on behalf of xxxxxxx to request a copy of your up-to-date Contaminated Land entries held on the Part IIA public register, if available.
If the full register is not available, I would be grateful if you could advise of any changes made to the register since 25/10/2017. Additionally, if any contaminated land entries are present, could you please also include the current remediation status for each site?

I have attached a plan for both sites. Further information on these are as follows:

• Site 1 - 29 Gertrude Road and 36 Julian Road West Bridgford NG2 5BZ (459511 , 338356); (date of first entry on public register 27 October 2003). This site is approximately 5,560 square foot; it was voluntary remediated in December 2003 and we have a remediation declaration of March 2004 on record.
• Site 2 - Bingham Allotments, Moor Lane, Bingham (470465, 340213); (date of first entry on public register 6 February 2008). This site is approximately 167,917 square foot; it is possibly going to be redeveloped as car park but there has been no formal remediation of the site as yet.
