1. For the bulk summons issued at Nottingham Magistrates’ Court on 22 May 2024, please provide the total number of summons issued.
2. Of these summons, how many were issued with a specific, individual liability order number assigned to the account of the named taxpayer?
3. How many were issued or served without a specific liability order number assigned to the individual taxpayer?

I would appreciate a clear breakdown of the data, including any official records or documentation that confirms which summons had valid liability order numbers.

2. Of these summons, how many were issued with a specific, individual liability order number assigned to the account of the named taxpayer?
   • All individual liability orders were assigned a reference by the council however this number would not be recognised by the courts.
3. How many were issued or served without a specific liability order number assigned to the individual taxpayer?
   • All individual liability orders were assigned a reference by the council however this number would not be recognised by the courts.
