1. Please supply the number of properties upon which the premium was levied for tithe council tax years beginning 01/04/2024 and 2025.
2. In the year beginning 01/04/2024, how of the properties barged still owe all or part of the premium?

Please supply the number of properties upon which the Empty House premium has been levied from 01/04/2025.

Second, you previously gave a FOI request that the number properties upon which the premium was levied from 01/04/2024 was 368. You now give a figure of 510. Please explain the difference.

Third, how many of the those who have not paid last year have been taken to court.

1. Please supply the number of properties upon which the premium was levied for tithe council tax years beginning 01/04/2024 and 2025. 510

Please supply the number of properties upon which the Empty House premium has been levied from 01/04/2025. 

• From the effective date of 01 April 2025 there have been 289 properties have been imposed with the long term empty premium

Second, you previously gave a FOI request that the number properties upon which the premium was levied from 01/04/2024 was 368. You now give a figure of 510. Please explain the difference.

• Because premiums are imposed throughout the year the figure can change throughout the year.

Third, how many of the those who have not paid last year have been taken to court.
