Electrical Testing – EICR, PAT, Emergency lighting, and Lightning protection services 

• Current Contract Status: Start and end dates of the current contracts.
• Specific department or person responsible for managing these contracts
• Contract Scope: A general overview of the services covered, such as routine inspections, testing (e.g., to BS EN 62305 standards), and remedial repairs.

This information will enable us to understand your current service schedule and prepare effectively for any future tender or renewal opportunities.

Electrical Testing – EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report), PAT, Emergency lighting, and Lightning protection services 

• Current Contract Status: Start and end dates of the current contracts.
  • EICR's - No contract in place. Inspections are carried out as a one off as and when required.
  • PAT Testing - No contract in place. Tests are carried out as a one off as and when required.
  • Emergency Lighting - for some of our sites, this is covered under a larger fire and security contract which is due to expire November 2026. 
  • Lightning Protection Service - No contract in place. Inspections are carried out as one offs as and when required. 
• Specific department or person responsible for managing these contracts
  • Property Services Manager
• Contract Scope: A general overview of the services covered, such as routine inspections, testing (e.g., to BS EN 62305 standards), and remedial repairs.
  • For Emergency Lighting Tests, contract covers routine inspection and testing.
