- Answer: ICT Strategic Manager Andrew Disney
- Which supplier provides the authority's endpoint solution software?
- Answer: We use Intune to deploy laptops and Microsoft EDR for security, and RMM for Patching the first 2 are MS products and come under our MS licences.
- When is the current renewal date for the authority's endpoint solution software?
- Answer: RMM is provided to us by our MSP, Cutter, which is in a 5-year contract ending October 2028
- Does the authority carry out penetration tests and if so, when was the last test carried out?
- Answer: The last one was carried out in August but is done every year around March for PCI DSS compliance
