A volume licensing agreement that may include:

  • Microsoft 365 (Office, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Windows Enterprise
  • Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS)
  • Azure services (committed or pay-as-you-go)

Or any alternative business intelligence platform used for data connectivity, dashboards, and reporting.

Rushcliffe Borough Council is withholding the specific contract information requested for our Standard Firewall (Network) services under Section 31(1)(a) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. This section exempts information if its disclosure would, or would be likely to, prejudice the prevention or detection of crime.

Disclosing details such as the supplier, specific brand, and contract dates of our network firewall could potentially provide malicious actors with information that could be exploited to compromise our network security, thereby increasing the risk of cyber-attacks and other criminal activities.
