The number of distinct Asset and/or Fault Management Systems currently in use within your organisation?

For each identified system, please provide:

  1. The name of the supplier or vendor.
  2. The functional scope of the system (e.g., facilities, IT assets, infrastructure, etc.).
  3. Any features considered to be specialist or specific to the agency’s use case.
  4. The approximate number of users.
  5. The total contract value (including any extensions or renewals, if applicable).
  6. The duration of the contract (initial term and any extension periods).

Response

ICT Services

  1. The number of distinct Asset and/or Fault Management Systems currently in use within your organisation?

Regarding IT Asset and Fault Management Systems: Rushcliffe Borough Council does not directly hold a distinct IT asset and/or fault management system. These services are provided and managed by our external Managed Service Provider (MSP) . As such, the detailed information pertaining to this specific system (as requested in question 2 below) is not held by Rushcliffe Borough Council for the purposes of the FOIA. We offer this explanation in line with our duty under Section 16 of the FOIA to provide advice and assistance.

The Council's recent ICT Strategy outlines a commitment to regularly review systems for efficiency, which includes considering consolidation where appropriate
