  • Online payments (e.g., websites to allow payment).
  • In person payments (e.g., card machines at council offices or leisure centres).
  • Telephone payments (e.g., automated or agent-assisted payments).
  • Direct Debit processing.
  • Any other payment processing solutions used within your authority.
  1. Would you recommend these solutions based on your experience?
  2. A relevant contact within your organisation who could discuss these solutions further.

  • In person payments (e.g., card machines at council offices or leisure centres). Not applicable
  • Telephone payments (e.g., automated or agent-assisted payments). Civica ATP
  • Direct Debit processing. BACS/DD Submitted via Bottomline PTX
  • Any other payment processing solutions used within your authority. Allpay for Barcode payments at Post Office/Paypoints.
  1. Would you recommend these solutions based on your experience? Due to the variety in requirements across authorities it would be hard to say whether this would be the right solutions for yourself.
