Income from Penalty Charge Notices directly funds the enforcement service. Any surplus is allocated as required by S55 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act.

Do you use a private parking company to issue penalty charge notices, if yes which company do you use?

We do use NSL who supply CEO’s on a contract bases.  All Penalty Charge Notices are issued by Rushcliffe Borough Council as the enforcement authority.
