Cotgrave Precinct provides 9 retail units, currently undergoing refurbishment, to be completed March / April 2018.
The Point provides 9 high grade office suites (there are only 3 suites remaining), located on the corner of Wilford Lane, West Bridgford.
Units 4A to 14A, Cotgrave Precinct will become available in March / April 2018, providing small office / business space for local companies.
