We own various sized workshop / industrial, retail and office premises which we manage in-house and lease to local companies.

We aim to help new businesses by offering flexible lease terms on our workshop units, with fixed rent for 3 years and rolling tenant options to terminate. This significantly reduces the upfront risk for the business owner.

Our property portfolio includes:

Workshop / Industrial

Units 1 to 30, Manvers Business Park (off Hollygate Lane, Cotgrave) and Units 1 to 19, Colliers Business Park (off Stragglethorpe Road, Cotgrave) provide units ranging in size from 750 sq. ft to 3,750 sq. ft.

Retail

Cotgrave Precinct provides 9 retail units, with an additional food store plus three retail units which will be available from 2020.

Office

The Point provides 9 high grade office suites, located on the corner of Wilford Lane, West Bridgford.
