The Role:
Are you passionate about technology and ready to make a real impact in local government? We are seeking an ICT Infrastructure Operations Officer to join our ICT Services team. In this dynamic role, you’ll support and maintain the Council’s infrastructure technologies, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and contribute to cyber security management. You’ll work closely with third parties to implement digital services, co-ordinate projects using APM methodologies, and ensure our systems remain secure and up to date. If you have strong diagnostic skills, experience with cloud-based platforms, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, we’d love to hear from you.
