If you are the person completing this form and are in receipt of Housing Benefit and/or Council Tax Support (due to having low income) from Rushcliffe Borough Council, please use this Change of Address form.

Please use this form for any changes relating to domestic properties. You can also use the form for telling us about changes in occupancy, claiming a discount or any other changes.

This form can also be used to inform us that someone has passed away. In order to register a death however you will need to inform the Registrar at Nottinghamshire County Council.

If you are currently paying both business rates and council tax for the same property (e.g a pub) you will need to complete the separate form for business rates.

Details may be passed to our Elections team for information purposes only. If you wish to register to vote you will need to complete the GOV.UK online registration form. Details of how to find this form will be available at the end of this form. You are not registering to vote by completing the Rushcliffe Change of Address online form.

We will also use the information you supply to update council tax, benefits, waste management, garden waste, council invoices, or in connection with other services provided by the Council to you.

During your completion of this online form, you may need:

- Your Council Tax reference number - this starts with a 3 or 4 and will have eight digits
- Dates for the changes
- Your details
- The name and address of the owner, landlord or agent if applicable
- A forwarding address if applicable.
