Local development scheme

The Local Development Scheme sets out for the Local Development Framework:

• Which documents will be produced and which will be Development Plan Documents
• The subject matter of each document
• The timetable for the preparation and revision of each document.

The existing Local Development Scheme is available to download at the bottom of this page. 

Since the Local Development Scheme was published in September 2006, the authorities within the Greater Nottingham area have agreed to produce ‘Aligned’ Core Strategy Development Plan Documents. Subsequently, it is necessary for the Local Development Scheme to be revised to reflect this. This is not yet finalised but will be published here once available.
