Commercial Premises

• Search fee for commercial premises = £97 (£62 + £35).

Each additional parcel of land

• Where two or more properties are adjacent to each other; or properties are separated by a road, railway, river or canal, with no other land or property in between = £10.

Part II Additional Enquiries (Con29 O)

• Each standard question (as per form) = £5 (except questions 5 and 22 which are £15 each)
• Each non-standard question = £10.

For Part II Additional Enquiries (Con29 O) submitted without a Con29 R there is an administration fee of £15 plus the cost of the extra question.
