Move and mingle - led walks
Move and Mingle is an exciting programme of led health walks.
Walking has numerous health benefits and led walks offer people the chance to socialise, explore their local area and enjoy the natural environment. Move and Mingle led health walks are safe and fun and best of all they’re free!
There are three Move and Mingle led walks:
- Rushcliffe Country Park, Ruddington – on Wednesdays. Meet at the Education Centre to start at 10.30am.
- Cotgrave Country Park, Cotgrave – on Fridays. Meet at the Rose and Crown pub car park for a 2pm start.
- Lady Bay, West Bridgford – on Tuesdays. Meet at the Poppy and Pint on Pierrepont Road, Lady Bay for a 11am start.
If you are interested in joining one of these led walks there is no need to book, just turn up 10 minutes prior to the walk start time to fill in a short questionnaire.
