Housing Options Advisor (Homelessness & Prevention)
Provide housing options advice and promote and assess homelessness applications
Salary: £16,245 - £19,827 plus casual car user allowance

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and highly motivated Housing Options Advisor who will provide good quality housing options advice, actively promote homelessness prevention schemes and investigate and assess homelessness applications.
You will need to demonstrate a working knowledge of homelessness and housing legislation, the principles of homelessness prevention and an understanding of the housing options that may be available to households in the Borough.
This is a challenging role requiring a high degree of self-motivation and dedication to assisting people in often stressful and difficult circumstances, so previous experience of front line service delivery is essential.
This role is subject to CRB checks and Police vetting.
