Housing associations (also known as registered social landlords) are independent not-for-profit organisations that provide low cost housing for people in housing need. There are a number of housing associations that own and manage properties in the Borough, with Spirita Ltd being the largest of these.
Each housing association will have been established to provide homes for a particular group of people. They will operate general waiting lists in which those in more housing need will be prioritised. To apply for their general waiting lists you should contact them directly.
