Before the operation David was a regular user of Cotgrave Leisure Centre and felt it had a positive effect on the cancer: “I know being a regular customer this helped me beat the dreaded illness and aided my recovery.”
He is now well into remission and, as part of the recovery process, is looking forward to undertaking a new fitness programme with his instructor.
Rob Mills, Fitness Manager at Cotgrave Leisure Centre stated, “We look forward to David using the facilities again and will help him with any future goals, as we do with all our members.”
The Expressions brand boasts an array of facilities across the five sites in Rushcliffe. The leisure centres are currently promoting their World Cup campaign which includes no joining fee, a free World Cup t-shirt and entry into a prize draw to win a wide screen T.V.
