Directions to the Rushcliffe Community Contact Centre (Customer Services)

Rushcliffe Customer Services is based at the Rushcliffe Community Contact Centre at West Bridgford Police Station. The Centre is on the corner of Rectory Road and Bridgford Road in West Bridgford.

From the South:

Turn off at J24 (Nottingham south) of the M1, take the A453 to Nottingham. Exit on the slip road before Clifton Bridge, taking the B679 signed Grantham A52, until the 2nd roundabout where you pick up signs for Wilford and West Bridgford.

Turn left at the A60 Loughborough Road junction and get into the right hand lane. Turn right at the first set of lights onto Bridgford Road (signed West Bridgford). The centre does not have its own car park so you are advised to make use of any of the pay and display public car parks in West Bridgford.

From the North:

Turn off at J26 (Nottingham north) of the M1, take the A610 to the city centre. After about 3 miles, cross the A6514 ring road and a further mile on you see a sign for Mansfield, The City and Derby - take the left fork (Mansfield). At the end of this road there are 2 roundabouts - go over the first and then turn right at the second signed Loughborough A60, Melton, Grantham A52.

As you drop down the hill, the road forks to the left signed as above. Stay in the left hand lane, pass the Ice Stadium and turn left at the roundabout just beyond. This leads directly to Trent Bridge. Stay in the left hand lane and take a left hand turn onto Bridgford Road (signed West Bridgford). The centre does not have its own car park so you are advised to make use of any of the pay and display public car parks in West Bridgford.

By Bus, Train or Taxi

The Civic Centre is located very close to the centre of West Bridgford, and any bus that go there will be able to drop you off at a nearby bus stop. For bus timetables and information, visit the Nottingham City Transport website.

Nottingham's Midland Station is a five minute taxi ride away, and there is a taxi rank just outside the station.

Car parking

For our disabled customers, there is a disabled parking space to the left of the Community Contact Centre next to the ambulance station on Rectory Road. However, please note that use of this space is on a first come first served basis.

Customers visiting the new centre who travel by car can use any of the pay and display public car parks in West Bridgford.

From the South:

Turn off at J24 (Nottingham south) of the M1, take the A453 to Nottingham. Exit on the slip road before Clifton Bridge, taking the B679 signed Grantham A52, until the 2nd roundabout where you pick up signs for Wilford and West Bridgford.

Turn left at the A60 Loughborough Road junction and get into the right hand lane. Turn right at the 2nd set of lights onto the A6520 (signed Grantham A52), Pavilion Road is then 1st left.

From the North:

Turn off at J26 (Nottingham north) of the M1, take the A610 to the city centre. Car Parking

Car parking is available in the visitors' car park in front of the Civic Centre. If you are attending a meeting, you may be advised to park in the Brian Clough Stand car park at Nottingham Forest.
