Open for face to face customers from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday, and from 10am to 4pm on Saturdays.

For planning enquiries: A duty planner is available at the Rushcliffe Community Contact Centre for face to face enquiries Monday to Friday from 9.30am - 1pm, and also on Wednesday afternoons from 1.30pm - 5.30pm.

We have a 24 hour telephone payments hotline - 0115 914 8533.

You use this for paying council tax, business rates, hire of facilities, rental of home alarms, pest control treatments, clearing of blocked drains, waste collection and rents for business premises, septic tank and cesspool emptying.

We accept Switch, Visa Delta, Solo, Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.

Bingham: Town Council Offices on Church Street, NG13 8AL. Thursday 9.30am-1.30pm.
East Leake contact point: East Leake Police Station, Main Street LE12 6LE. Tuesday 9am-1pm.
Keyworth contact point: Police contact point, the Square NG12 5GH. Friday 9am-1pm.
Radcliffe on Trent contact point: St Marys Church Hall, Main Road NG12 2FD. Thursday 9.30am-12.30pm.
Ruddington contact point: Police contact point, Kirk Lane NG11 6. Tuesday 1pm-5pm.
